Linda Ortberg

Linda Ortberg is the President and CEO of Leading Education.com Inc. She spent twenty years as a professional manager in the automotive and plastics industries. She has held various positions in higher education for over ten years serving as the department chair for the engineering technology program as well as the management program coordinator/instructor for Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas. She is a Senior member of the American Society for Quality and is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager. She has extensive experience in management and the application of process improvement strategies including Statistical Process Control, ISO 9000 implementation, Team Building and Problem Solving for both service and manufacturing processes.

Linda holds a Masters Degree in Management from Dallas Baptist University, Dallas, Texas.  She attended Dr. W. Edwards Deming's Four Day Seminar in 1988 and continues to teach and practice the Deming Philosophy of Management.

Linda is actively involved in local community organizations and issues. She is a board member for the South Wise Chamber of Commerce and the Wise County Committee for the Aging.
