SPC COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is a study of the basic concepts and techniques of statistical process
control. Statistical thinking philosophy, systems thinking, and statistical tools used in
process improvement and problem solving including flowcharts, cause and effect
diagrams, check sheets, Pareto charts, scatter diagrams, histograms, and control
charts are discussed as well as their use.
The cost for this course is $99 and you will be able to access the site for 30 days.
